Operational attributes capture how Capability performance is measured, what the target performance levels are, and when the Capability is operationally active.

| Operational Hours | Walk | Description — When the Capability is operationally active — the time pattern across which the work is performed and consumers can rely on it. Benefit(s) — Distinguishes 24×7 mission-critical Capabilities from business-hours Capabilities and from batch or scheduled Capabilities. Drives support and continuity planning. Source — Manual Examples — 24×7, Business Hours (Mon–Fri 8am–6pm), Batch (Nightly), Scheduled (Monthly Close) |
