|---|---|---|
| Governing Standard | Walk | Description — The enterprise architectural or technical standard that governs this integration — for example, an enterprise API design standard, a data sharing policy, or a specific protocol mandate. Benefit(s) — Enables compliance assessment against enterprise integration standards. Surfaces integrations that predate or were built outside current standards and may require remediation. Source — Manual. Examples — Enterprise API Design Standard v2.0, Data Sharing and Privacy Policy, Financial Data Transfer Standard, FHIR R4 Implementation Guide |
| Review Cadence | Walk | Description — How often this integration record is formally reviewed for accuracy, operational health, and continued business necessity. Benefit(s) — Ensures governance attention is proportional to integration criticality. High-criticality integrations warrant more frequent review than low-volume internal feeds. Source — Manual. Examples — Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, Annual Notes — Minimum: Annual for all Active integrations. Quarterly recommended for Mission-Critical or integrations transmitting PII, PHI, or PCI data. |
