Data Feed

(noun) A connection to a System, often outside the boundaries of an Enterprise, that provides Data as a service in a consistent and repeatable manner.

Examples of Data Feeds include real time pricing systems and Data File Feeds that provide updated Files containing some controlled content, at regular intervals.
