Infrastructure

(noun) The basic or underlying components of a System, Application, Product, Organization, or Facility that act as its enabling foundation or framework for the purpose of its definition, design, delivery, verification, monitoring, and/or operations, through any point in its Life Cycle.

EXAMPLES: In the case of technical Systems, examples include but are not limited to Software Infrastructure, Hardware Infrastructure, Storage Infrastructure, Network Infrastructure, and Communications Infrastructure.
