Outcome

Abbreviation(s) or Acronym(s): None

Definition(s):

(noun) Something that follows, results from, or is a consequence of one or more Causes.

NOTE: When Outcomes are equated with Causes, as in “Causes and Outcomes,” they often tend to represent things that occur at more of a coarse, business level, as opposed to those things that result at a more granular, systematic level, where the term “Effect” is typically used, as in “Cause and Effect”.
