Service Level

1. (noun) The documented minimum level of expected delivery or expectations for a specific Service, as delivered by one or more associated Service Providers.

2. (noun) The achieved or maintained performance level of a specific Service, measured against specific Contracts, Agreements, Targets, and/or Objectives.
